By accessing or using Sylo CRM ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. By using our Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
User Accounts and Responsibilities
Account Creation
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials

Pricing Model
Sylo CRM uses a unique pricing model:
- One-Time User Fee: Pay once for 10-year access rights to your tier
- Monthly Usage Fees: Only pay for actual usage and infrastructure costs
- No Monthly Subscriptions: No recurring subscription fees for access rights
- Transparent Pricing: No hidden fees or surprise charges
Payment Terms
- One-time user fees are due upon account activation
- Monthly usage fees are billed monthly in arrears
- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified
- We may change pricing with 30 days notice
- Failure to pay may result in service suspension
Early Access Program
- Early access users receive 20% off launch pricing
- Early access pricing is limited time only
- Discount applies to one-time user fees only
- Early access benefits may be modified or discontinued
Service Availability and Support
Service Level
- We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
- We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice
- Emergency maintenance may occur without notice
- We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our control
Support
- Support is provided during business hours (9 AM - 6 PM PST)
- Response times vary based on support tier
- Early access users receive priority support
- Support is provided via email and in-app messaging
Updates and Changes
- We may update the Service with new features and improvements
- Some updates may require action on your part
- We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes
- Continued use constitutes acceptance of updates
Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Limitation of Damages
IN NO EVENT SHALL SYLO CRM BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Maximum Liability
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
Termination
Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease, but certain provisions of these Terms will survive termination.
Termination by Us
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
Effect of Termination
- Your right to use the Service will cease immediately
- We may delete your account and data after a reasonable period
- You remain liable for any outstanding fees
- Provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect
Intellectual Property
Our Rights
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Sylo CRM and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
Your Rights
You retain ownership of your data and content. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to use your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
