Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to your use of the Sylo suite of Salesforce applications — including Sylo Rollups, Sylo Scheduler, and Sylo Lookup ("Apps") — provided by Sylo LLC ("we", "us").

License

  • Subject to your compliance with these Terms and any applicable order or subscription, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Apps within your Salesforce org(s) in accordance with their documentation and the applicable license tier (e.g. free tier or paid/premium).

Restrictions

  • You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Apps (except as permitted by law).
  • You may not remove or alter any proprietary notices.
  • You may not use the Apps in violation of applicable law or in a manner that could harm us, Salesforce, or third parties.

Support and updates

  • Support and updates are provided as described in the AppExchange listing and/or your order. We are not obligated to provide custom development or indefinite support for any particular version.

Disclaimers

  • THE APPS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS." WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APPS WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

Limitation of liability

  • TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE APPS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE APPS IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate your access to the Apps if you breach these Terms or if required by our agreement with Salesforce. Upon termination, your right to use the Apps ceases; we are not liable for any resulting loss of data or functionality in your org.

General

  • These Terms, together with the AppExchange listing, order, and our Privacy Policy, constitute the agreement between you and us regarding the Apps.
  • We may modify these Terms by posting updated terms at https://mysylo.ai/resources/terms. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. Material changes may be communicated via the AppExchange listing or email where appropriate.
  • Governing law: State of Tennessee, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tennessee.
