Sylo LLC ("we", "our") provides the Sylo suite of Salesforce applications — including Sylo Rollups, Sylo Scheduler, and Sylo Lookup — for use in Salesforce orgs. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information in connection with these apps.

Data processed by Sylo apps

  • The apps run entirely inside your Salesforce org. We do not receive or store your org's data (including definitions, record data, or logs) on our own systems.
  • Definitions, execution logs, and audit data are stored in your org in package custom objects and Custom Metadata. Only you and users in your org can access them.

Data we may collect (publisher)

  • If you contact us for support or sales, we may collect the contact details you provide (e.g. email, name, company).
  • If you purchase or license through the AppExchange or our website, payment and licensing are handled by Salesforce or our payment processor; we may receive order/contact information as needed to fulfill the license.

Data we do not collect

  • We do not collect usage analytics, telemetry, or behavioral data from the apps running in your org.
  • We do not access your Salesforce data or metadata except as necessary to provide support at your request (e.g. with your explicit permission and in a support context).

Security

  • The apps are designed to keep all processing and storage within your Salesforce org, subject to your org's security and compliance settings.
  • We follow industry practices to protect any contact or order information we hold.

Your rights

  • You may request access, correction, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you by contacting us at the support or privacy contact below.

Changes

  • We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will be posted at https://mysylo.ai/resources/privacy. Continued use of the apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
