AppExchange feature list

Sylo — Feature list (AppExchange / Security Review)

Short feature summary you can paste into the Security Review questionnaire or listing composite component when a “feature list” is requested. Adjust wording per product if you submit packages separately.

Sylo Base (dependency)

  • Shared Lightning utilities and Apex helpers for Sylo products (metadata, filters, org API session helpers).
  • Installed automatically as a dependency of Rollups, Scheduler, and Lookup.

Sylo Rollups

  • Declarative rollups from child to parent (SUM, COUNT, AVG, MIN, MAX, FIRST, LAST, CONCAT, COUNT_DISTINCT, and related options).
  • Filters, parent filters, grandchild and hierarchy modes where supported.
  • Execution modes: Realtime (triggers), Scheduled (queue/batch), On Demand (UI and Flow invocable).
  • Object support management, templates, CSV import/export, health and job monitoring, audit log.
  • Optional same-org Tooling API use for trigger deploy and target field creation (Remote Site required).

Sylo Scheduler

  • Job definitions in Custom Metadata: cron schedule, Apex class (Schedulable or Batchable), job groups, dependencies, retries, batch size, timeouts.
  • Run now, schedule, unschedule, group actions, execution history (Scheduler_Log__c), templates, CSV import/export, health views.

Sylo Lookup

  • Declarative lookup rules: source/target objects, match fields, match types (exact, contains, starts/ends with, email domain, etc.), filters.
  • Execution: On Demand, Scheduled, Realtime (with triggers); Run Now, background batch, Flow invocable.
  • Object support, templates, history, settings, optional same-org Tooling for trigger deploy (Remote Site).
  • Tiered licensing for active rules (Feature Management) where configured.

Sylo Connect (if listed separately)

  • Bidirectional Salesforce ↔ Jira sync driven by Custom Metadata mappings.
  • OAuth2 and API token authentication; credentials stored in Salesforce; REST callouts to Jira/Atlassian.
  • Inbound webhooks from Jira to Salesforce (Site/Experience exposure required).

Trim this list per package if Salesforce asks for a single-product submission.
